Terms of Service

Last updated: 29 August 2026

The service

Budgetly is a personal budgeting tool. It helps you plan and track your own spending; it is not a bank, does not hold money, and does not provide financial advice. Figures you see are only as accurate as the data you enter.

Your account and data

Your data belongs to you. You can export it or delete it — and your account — at any time from Settings. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for what happens under your account.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to break, overload, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other people's data. Accounts doing so may be suspended or removed.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We aim for high availability and keep regular backups, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or zero data loss, and accept no liability for decisions made based on the app. Keep your own exports of anything critical.

Changes

These terms may change as the service evolves; material changes will be announced by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
