What we collect
Your email address, name, and the budgeting data you enter — budgets, expenses, savings goals, weekends, trips, and shopping lists. Nothing else. Budgetly has no analytics, no advertising trackers, and no third-party scripts profiling you.
Where it lives
Data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Supabase in the EU (Frankfurt), encrypted at rest and in transit. Transactional emails (verification, password reset, security notifications) are delivered via Resend. The app itself is hosted on Vercel. If error tracking is enabled, crash reports (stack traces, not your budget data) go to Sentry. We never sell or share your data with anyone else.
Cookies
One cookie: an encrypted session token that keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. No tracking or advertising cookies, which is why there is no cookie banner.
Your rights
You can download everything we hold about you (Settings → Export everything) and permanently delete your account and all its data (Settings → Delete account) at any time, without asking anyone. Deletion is immediate and irreversible; residual copies in encrypted backups expire within 30 days.
